Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and active CPA license; 8+ years progressive accounting including Big Four and substantial SEC reporting; hands-on experience with Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K; strong U.S. GAAP and SEC rules knowledge; NetSuite OneWorld, OneStream, Workiva preferred.
