About the Role ● Effectively support employment verification process by ensuring timely closures and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities ● Checking of documents and information submitted on CRM tool. ● Conduct research to check Company authenticity ● Ascertain verification process as per client guidelines ● Follow up through call or emails with HR SPOC for closing verifications ● Coordinate with companies and update database with concerned HR records ● Closures of employment checks as per the agreed TAT with client. ● Ensure quality while closing the verification. ● Timely escalate issues which need supervisor's intervention Must have work Experience ● Required 0-1 year of experience in Operations. Qualification & Functional Skills ● Graduation or Post-Graduation ● Detail Oriented ● Good Interpersonal and Communication skills (Verbal & Written) ● Flexible ● Quick Learner ● Logical Approach
