About the Role ● Effectively support education verification process through ensuring timely closures without any errors. Blended Process (verification through call and mail) Key Responsibilities ● Verify education cases PAN India. ● Contact educational institutes through calls and/or emails for verification ● Responsible to maintain the TAT. ● Timely escalate issues which need supervisor's intervention Must have work Experience ● Required 0-1 year of experience in Operations. Qualification & Functional Skills ● Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred) ● Detail Oriented ● Good Interpersonal Skills ● Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written) ● Flexible ● Quick Learner ● Proficient in Excel ● Logical Approach
