Job Description
MGL Group is looking for a Mortgage Broking Professional to join our growing team and support Australian clients remotely.
We are looking for someone who understands the Australian mortgage broking and lending environment, can work independently, and is confident dealing directly with banks, lenders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the end-to-end mortgage broking process
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements
• Work closely with banks and lenders regarding loan applications
• Prepare and manage loan documentation and supporting information
• Follow up with lenders and relevant stakeholders throughout the application process
• Ensure applications are accurate, complete and progressed efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Australian Mortgage Broking
• Strong understanding of Australian home loans and lending processes
• Ability to communicate confidently with banks, lenders and clients
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bookkeeping experience will be given first preference
