About the Role
The Campaign Analyst sits in Campaign Analytics team within the Personalisation Portfolio. The team specialises in executing targeted communications, delivering on ANZ's commitment to provide a personalised experience to Australian Retail Customers.
What will your day look like?
As a Campaign Analyst, you will:
Design and deliver a program of communications including Marketing, Service and Compliance campaigns using MarTech platforms such as HCL Unica
Ensure efficient and effective customer contact through campaign execution, including channel specific rules, key customer segmentation and standard inclusion and exclusion requirements
Build data flows for single communications or orchestration of customer journeys
Work closely with the 1:1 Marketing and Execution Channel Teams to deliver end-to-end customer communications
Be a key member of the Campaign Analytics team, supporting each other with peer reviews and knowledge sharing
Develop strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations and communicate with stakeholders
Use SQL coding to Query databases
Ensure a high standard is applied in the design and development of campaigns, focusing on first-time Quality Assurance pass rate
Understand the legal, regulatory and policy requirements for usage of customer data, including customer opt-outs, consents & preferences, and privacy considerations
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
4 plus years' experience in campaign tools (HCL Unica or similar)
Experience in executing Marketing and Compliance Campaigns
Ability to effectively manage and communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
Knowledge of tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g. SQL, Excel)
Understanding of Data warehousing or databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle)
Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously uncover campaign optimisation opportunities
Strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations
Problem-solving capabilities.
