UI/UX Designer Contract

Aurora is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of high-performance living. You'll design both internal tools and member-facing experiences for a premium lifestyle management platform used by founders, athletes, and artists. This part-time contract position (with potential to go full-time) offers high visibility and ownership from day one. You'll report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with the founding team. What You'll Do Design internal tools that enable a top-tier concierge experience Enhance mobile and web platforms for our members Own the user experience end-to-end across multiple touchpoints Prioritize design decisions based on real-time user feedback and impact Contribute to marketing and branding when needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience designing and shipping real products Strong user-centered mindset with a passion for elegant, purposeful design Comfortable designing for both iOS, Android, and web platforms Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with C-level leaders Interest in or openness to conversational UI, AI-powered tools, and hyper-personalization Comfortable wearing many hats in an early-stage startup environment
