We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
to join our team starting April 1, 2025 or by agreement.
Aurora's Berlin office is conveniently located near the S+U station Innsbrucker Platz.
In this entry level position you will report to and work closely with the Senior Manager Strategic Marketing.
Your responsibilities include:
- Marketing Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing projects (e.g., events, product launches, campaigns).
- Coordinate marketing projects in collaboration with other departments, agencies, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment with budgets, deadlines, and project objectives.
- Event Management:
- Plan and assist in the organization of trade fairs, events, and sponsorship activities.
- Support the execution and logistics of events on-site.
- Content Development and Management:
- Create and maintain marketing materials (e.g., presentations, brochures, website content).
- Manage and update the company's website, ensuring content reflects current campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content tailored to specific target groups.
- Campaign Management:
- Support the conception and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research and analyses to support marketing strategies.
- Identify and report on new industry trends and developments.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update project plans, budget overviews, and reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management or other departments.
- Support the organization of meetings and workshops.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum is a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Internships or trainee programs may count towards experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of target group needs.
- Creative thinker with an affinity for social media and modern marketing trends.
- Team player who collaborates effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluent German and English required.
- Bonus points for familiarity with digital marketing- and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
