Experience Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating flyers and magazines. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts clearly. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial for understanding client needs. Familiarity with fundraising or electioneering campaigns can be advantageous for specific projects. Ability to negotiate project timelines and deliverables effectively.
