One thing I want to bring to your notice here is that sourcers that we have in India including Bhoomi who started as an intern have picked up things fast and are doing a good job. As it is a sourcer job, not too many experienced people are interested and who ever were interested, their communications skills were not good. Hence, we looked at hiring freshers for this role as this can be an entry level role for their career as a Recruiter/TA.Create a UX strategy on an iterative and empirical mode to align with Company' vision.
Design thinking, User centric design paradigms should be in the DNA and should be part of everyday work life. Should be thinking of futuristic, scalable design ethics and should be ahead of time in terms of design philosophies.
Work as a UX evangelist, propagating the future of planned design with every employee and customer
Engage in customer connects to understand the thought process of the end user and the sponsors to ensure their jobs to be done are achieved in the best way
Implement best practices in gauging usability through defined metrics
Lead a team of UX/UI designers, collaborate with developers to ideate, prototype, design & implement new product features/functionalities
Conduct workshops or bootcamps for getting internal stakeholders feedback and suggestions.
Run consistent design sprints with tangible outcomes
Plan & execute primary user research methods.
Deliver usability report metrics regularly and improvements made by the UX iterations
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand engineering complexity
Identify new problem areas and design, propose new product improvement opportunities to leadership.
Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product team.
