</div><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Supervisor of Clinical Services</strong> to lead and support our growing DME operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, operational oversight, staff leadership, and compliance management within the DME industry.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Oversee daily clinical and operational activities </li>
<li> Manage and support both internal and external staff </li>
<li> Ensure high-quality patient care and patient compliance </li>
<li> Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and service delivery </li>
<li> Assist with operational performance and P&L management </li>
<li> Maintain compliance with industry and payer requirements </li>
<li> Collaborate with leadership to support company growth initiatives </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Minimum <strong>5 years of experience in the DME industry</strong>
</li>
<li> Experience in <strong>sleep and/or respiratory services strongly preferred</strong>
</li>
<li> Strong understanding of: <ul>
<li> Patient compliance </li>
<li> Patient care coordination </li>
<li> Staff management </li>
<li> Operational oversight </li>
<li> P&L responsibilities </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Experience with <strong>Brightree</strong> software is a plus </li>
<li> Excellent communication and leadership skills </li>
<li> Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment </li>
