We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize backend services and APIs.
2. Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
3. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
4. Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
5. Work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with teams both remotely and in the office.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience in backend development.
2. Proficiency in Python/Node.js/Java.
3. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
4. Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and system scalability.
5. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus.
