What you'll do (Ownership + Execution) - Own the Gold Loan Product Suite Define the vision, strategy, and execution plan to scale Gold Loans across digital and offline channels while owning the P&L of the product. - Make Gold Loans friction-less Simplify processes, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and enhance the entire lead funnel from application to disbursal. - Market + Competition Intelligence Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to build a differentiated product. - Optimize Pricing & Risk Models Work with risk, compliance, and finance teams to fine-tune LTVs, interest rates, and credit policies. - Digitize & Scale Identify tech gaps, drive automation, and work with engineering teams to build best-in-class loan platforms. - Go-To-Market & Growth Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops to drive adoption, scale volumes, and reduce drop-offs. Cross-selling will be a key driver. - Identify Gaps & Remove Leakages Continuously analyze existing journeys, identify inefficiencies, and fix process leakages to improve conversion rates. - Introduce New Products & Features Work closely with the management team to launch new gold loan products and features aligned with business goals. - Measure & Iterate Define key KRs (approval rates, disbursal, repeat users), track performance, and drive data-backed improvements.
