Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a leading design consultancy delivering large-scale, complex architectural and interior projects across India. We are looking for an experienced RLC Auditor to strengthen design quality by reviewing construction documentation, enhancing constructability, and driving continuous learning across project teams.

About the Role
As an RLC Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and constructability of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and project documentation. You will review design deliverables, identify potential construction risks, analyze site feedback, and translate project learnings into improved standards and best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and project documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and constructability before site issuance.
- Verify that design documentation complies with the National Building Code (NBC), relevant standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, coordination gaps, and constructability issues, providing timely recommendations for resolution.
- Assess potential design risks from a constructability perspective and proactively communicate findings to project teams.
- Review and analyze Requests for Information (RFIs) received from project sites to identify recurring design or documentation issues.
- Compile, document, and disseminate key learnings from RFIs to Vertical Heads and project teams, enabling continuous improvement in design standards and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary design teams to facilitate smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Support the development and refinement of standard details, construction methodologies, and documentation practices based on project learnings.
- Promote a culture of quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the practice.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal quality assurance processes and documentation standards.
- Stay updated with evolving building regulations, construction methodologies, and industry best practices to strengthen project delivery.
- Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to organizational learning initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- 15–20 years of professional experience in architectural or construction project delivery.
- Extensive experience in reviewing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong understanding of constructability, detailing, execution methodologies, and applicable National Building Code (NBC) requirements.
- Experience analyzing RFIs, identifying root causes, and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify design coordination issues before construction.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design teams while maintaining an objective quality assurance perspective.
