Job Title: Audit & Taxation Manager

Job Summary:
Darshan Agrawal & Co., Chartered Accountants, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audit & Taxation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing audit assignments, handling direct and indirect taxation matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage statutory and tax audits
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
- Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, income tax returns, and assessments
- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Liaise with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and auditing standards
Requirements:
- Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 2–4 years of work experience in a CA firm preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with client handling and team management
- Proficiency in accounting and tax software (Winmen/Zoho etc)
