*Audit & Tax Manager* with 1+ year of work experience required in a *reputed CA firm* located at *Ghatkopar, Mumbai*
*CA Freshers & Aspirants can apply for junior/articleship roles.*
JD:
- *Lead statutory audits for Category I, II & III AIFs and PMS clients, handling portfolios ranging from ₹200 crores to ₹5,000 crores*
- Review Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and Risk Disclosure Documents (RDD) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SEBI regulations
- *Handle retainer clients for monthly accounting, MIS reporting, and TDS/GST compliances*
- Conduct NAV audits (monthly/quarterly) and support fund reporting
- *Manage income tax compliances including tax audits, return filings, and assessments*
- Lead transfer pricing advisory, compliances, and preparation of TP study reports
- *Provide tax planning and advisory, interpret DTAA and handle Form 15CA/CB certifications*
- Support statutory, internal, and regulatory compliances including ROC, GST, and audit documentation
Salary *upto Rs 15 lakhs per annum* (can be increased slightly)
