Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Audit & Tax Assistant with at least 4 years of relevant experience for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing financial statements, and supporting compliance with tax regulations such as GST, TDS, and income tax returns. You will analyze financial data, assist in financial planning, and ensure accuracy in all documentation. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with team members to support efficient business operations and maintain excellent client communication.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for client and team interactions
- Expertise in finance and knowledge of financial regulations
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements
- Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, income tax returns, and ITC reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
