Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Manager, based in Gurugram. The Audit Manager will oversee the execution of statutory and internal audits, supervise the preparation and review of financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. The role also involves analyzing financial reports, identifying areas for improvement in financial processes, and offering insights and recommendations to clients. The Audit Manager will lead and mentor a team to achieve high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and proficiency in Accounting principles
- Proven expertise in Financial Audits and compliance with auditing standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills with a solid background in Finance
- Ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality results
- Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working with Startups or MSMEs is an advantage
