Role Description
The Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. Responsibilities include managing and leading financial audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, performing in-depth financial analyses, and implementing accounting and compliance procedures. The Audit Manager will also collaborate with clients to understand and address their financial and business advisory requirements while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify and interpret financial trends
- Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles and procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of Financial Audits, including planning and execution
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership and team management competencies
- Advanced communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent qualification is required
- Prior experience in audit or assurance services is an advantage
