🚨 We’re Hiring | Audit Manager 🚨
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our Finance & Compliance team.
If you are a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in statutory audits, internal audits, financial reporting, book closure, and due diligence management — this opportunity could be the right fit for you.

📌 Experience: 7–10 Years

👥 Team Handling: 1–2 Members
📈 Reporting To: Finance Controller / CFO
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end statutory audit management
✔ Internal audit planning, execution & closure
✔ Financial due diligence for M&A / fundraising / PE transactions
✔ Month-end, quarter-end & year-end book closure
✔ Preparation of audit schedules, disclosures & financial statements
✔ Compliance with Ind AS / IGAAP / Companies Act
✔ Coordination with auditors, finance, tax, legal & operations teams
✔ Audit Committee reporting & control improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in statutory & internal audits
• Hands-on expertise in financial statements and audit schedules
• Deep knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act & financial compliance
• Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple audit workstreams
• Prior Big 4 / reputed CA firm experience preferred
• Exposure to listed company compliance & SEBI regulations is a plus
