Responsibilities
Job Description
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, operational efficiencies, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.
- Monitor compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management procedures and offer insights for improvement.
- Support the Finance and Accounting team in identifying areas of potential risk and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.
- Utilize analytical thinking to interpret complex data sets and deliver clear and concise audit findings.
