Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager – Capital Market Advisory to lead compliance reviews, internal controls, and advisory assignments for Equity Broking Companies. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to broking operations, regulatory frameworks, audits, and risk management, along with a strong understanding of technology-driven processes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the dynamic capital markets and financial services sector while delivering strategic advisory and assurance services.
Qualification
- CA / MBA / CFA (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Statutory, Internal, and Management Audits of equity broking operations
- Review and evaluate SEBI and regulatory compliances
- Assess and strengthen internal control systems and risk management frameworks
- Identify gaps and provide advisory recommendations for process improvement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
- Utilize technology and tools for efficient audit execution and reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of equity broking operations and capital markets
- Understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in audit, risk assessment, and internal controls
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools
- Good communication and reporting skills
Experience:
- 2–5 years (preferably in equity broking / financial services)
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in broking firms or audit of broking clients
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory audits
- Tech-savvy with ability to use audit tools and automation
Experience : 3 - 4
Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
