We Are Hiring | Statutory Audit Professionals
Role: Assistant Manager / Manager – Statutory Audit
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Mumbai & Pune
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to build and manage client relationships
• Execute and manage Statutory Audits, Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP assignments
• Independently handle major audit engagements, including listed and large corporate clients
• Design and implement audit methodologies, audit objectives, and reporting criteria
• Lead audit teams, mentor team members, and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Conduct reviews of audit workpapers and ensure quality deliverables for Partner/AD review
• Execute Tax Audits in compliance with latest Income Tax regulations
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, RBI Regulations, Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing, and Ind AS requirements
• Stay updated on amendments and regulatory changes applicable to audit and assurance functions
• Manage multiple engagements while meeting strict deadlines and client expectations
• Travel across India for client engagements as required
🔹 Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in statutory audits of listed/public companies
• 2–6 years of experience handling audits of group entities and consolidated financial statements
• Strong expertise in Financial Statement Audits and Consolidation of large corporates
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle
