Known for technical excellence and client-focused solutions, they are seeking an experienced Audit Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, manage high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements
- Review audit plans, working papers, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, and internal audit methodologies
- Supervise and mentor audit teams to deliver quality engagements
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic audit insights
- Monitor engagement progress, billings, and reporting timelines
- Support proposals, tenders, and business development initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA / ACCA / CA qualification recognized by NBAA
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Auditing Standards
- Minimum 5 years’ audit experience, including managerial exposure
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
