Title: Associate Manager – Audit (NFP Preferred)

How You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Lead engagement team staff in planning and executing audit, review, or compilation engagements (preferably Non-Profit clients).
- Supervise and support engagement staff while maintaining open communication with managers and partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on resolving client issues and making recommendations on legal, regulatory, and accounting matters.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
- Create and monitor engagement budgets and identify potential inefficiencies.
- Apply strong analytical and technical auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
- Conduct constructive discussions and evaluations with team members and provide mentoring support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred); CPA preferred.
- 6+ years of public accounting experience, including leading engagements and supervising staff.
- Experience auditing Not-for-Profit (NFP) clients preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and training abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based engagement teams.
Location: Jaipur
Compensation: ₹8 – 15 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
