Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Assistant located in New Delhi. The Audit Assistant will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, preparing audit documentation, assisting in reconciliations, and supporting the execution of internal and external audits. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork to support the firm’s commitment to professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis, and preparation of audit documentation
- Good understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Enrollment in a CA or related certification program is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and an ability to maintain high professional standards
