Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Area Manager based in Samastipur. The Audit Area Manager will oversee and execute audits within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, verifying transactions, assessing internal controls, preparing audit reports, and providing recommendations for improvement. The role also involves identifying risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and reporting findings to management for corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, assess risks, and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for reporting findings, preparing audit reports, and collaborating with different teams.
- Knowledge of Finance and expertise in reviewing and interpreting Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Auditing processes, standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with prior experience in auditing or financial roles preferred.
