As an Audit and Assurance - DAT - Data Analytics & Technology Solutions - Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the credibility and reliability of financial statements and internal controls for a diverse range of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will assist clients in developing solutions that build trust, drive improvement, and detect, monitor, and predict risk. Your work will involve leveraging advanced analytics, data wrangling technology, and automation tools to enable clients to make informed decisions based on accurate and trustworthy information.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. You will take ownership and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of data-driven solutions to enhance client decision-making processes
- Utilizing advanced analytics and data wrangling tools to extract and transform data for meaningful insights
- Applying automation platforms like Alteryx to streamline data processing and improve efficiency
- Engaging in auditing tasks to evaluate financial statements and internal controls for accuracy and compliance
- Supporting business process improvement initiatives through data analysis and visualization
- Collaborating with team members to gather information and discern patterns for financial risk analysis
- Leveraging programming languages such as Python and R to develop and implement data solutions
- Contributing to the creation of data visualization dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to communicate findings
- Participating in solution development to address client needs and enhance data reliability
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and adapting to diverse client environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
