Job Title : AV Engineer
Location : Pune
Duration : Fulltime
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in video conferencing, AV/UC support, or collaboration technology environments. • Working knowledge of enterprise VC/UC tools such as Zoom and room systems from Poly and Neat; monitoring/analytics tools such as Vyopta are a plus. • Strong troubleshooting skills across room hardware, peripherals, software, and basic network connectivity. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. • Strong customer service mindset and a professional, service-oriented approach for user-facing support. • Proficiency with inventory/asset tracking and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and dashboards).
