Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audiologist/Speech Therapist, based in Indore. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, providing therapy for speech, language, and hearing difficulties, and offering therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals of all ages. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests such as audiometry and OAE/BERA, delivering therapy sessions (both one-on-one and group-based), and counseling families regarding treatment frameworks and strategies for rehabilitation. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to establish personalized therapy plans and improving patient outcomes will be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments, including audiometry, OAE/BERA tests, and evaluation of speech, language, and hearing disorders.
- Skilled in employing therapeutic interventions such as speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, and behavior therapy, as well as audiological care for tinnitus, vertigo, and hearing aid management.
- Demonstrated ability to provide rehabilitation care for individuals with conditions such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and developmental delays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to design personalized therapy plans aligned with best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field is required.
- Relevant certifications or licensure recognized by professional bodies in audiology or speech therapy.
- Prior experience in clinical settings or working with diverse patient populations is an added advantage.
