Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The professional will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for clients with various speech, language, and hearing disorders. Key responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments, fitting and programming hearing aids, designing and implementing tailored therapy plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with clients and their families to ensure effective outcomes. Efficient documentation and adherence to professional and ethical standards are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in speech and language therapy, including diagnosis, therapy planning, and progress assessment
- Skills in conducting detailed hearing assessments, hearing aid trials, and fitting procedures
- Proficiency in managing cases for individuals across all age groups with diverse needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail, documentation abilities, and commitment to ethical standards
- Bachler's or Master's degree in Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field, along with RCI registration
- Prior experience in a clinical or therapy setting is highly preferred
