Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist located in Mumbai. The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, diagnosing audiological conditions, and determining appropriate treatment plans. Responsibilities include fitting and programming hearing aids, providing auditory rehabilitation, and educating patients and caregivers on best practices for hearing care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficient in conducting audiological assessments, including hearing tests and auditory brainstem responses
- Ability to prescribe, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids and related assistive devices
- Experience in auditory rehabilitation and patient counseling
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to identify and treat audiovestibular disorders effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Commitment to staying updated on advancements in audiology and hearing care technologies
- Master's degree in Audiology or a related field is required
- Relevant licensure and certifications to practice audiology in India
