Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist, based in Gujarat/Bangalore/Mumbai. The Audiologist will conduct hearing assessments, audiological evaluations, and diagnostic tests to identify and manage hearing and auditory processing disorders. Responsibilities include fitting hearing aids, providing patient education, creating individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. The Audiologist will also contribute to patient follow-ups and ensure high-quality outcomes for individuals of all ages.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in conducting hearing assessments, audiological evaluations, and diagnostic testing
- Proficiency in fitting, calibrating, and maintaining hearing aid devices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and counsel patients and their families
- Ability to create personalized rehabilitation and auditory management plans
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Master's degree in Audiology or a relevant field, with certification and licensure to practice in the region
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and staying updated on the latest audiology advancements
