Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Audiologist to join our clinical team. This is a full-time, on-site role where the selected candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive audiological services, including diagnostic assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient rehabilitation.
The Audiologist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic hearing healthcare solutions while ensuring a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiological assessments
• Perform hearing aid fitting, programming, and verification
• Provide auditory training and rehabilitation to patients
• Counsel patients and their families on hearing healthcare, device usage, and care
• Assist in the diagnosis and management of hearing, tinnitus, and balance disorders
• Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation
• Collaborate with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology
Qualifications & Skills
• BASLP / MASLP / Master’s in Audiology from a recognized institution
• Experience in hearing diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, and auditory rehabilitation
• Knowledge of tinnitus and balance disorder management
• Strong patient counseling and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Professional certification from a recognized audiology association is preferred
