Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Audiologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with hearing and balance disorders. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients of all age groups, providing customized hearing solutions and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments and diagnostic tests such as audiometry, tympanometry, and speech testing
- Diagnose hearing loss and balance-related disorders
- Recommend and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide counseling to patients and families on hearing care and device usage
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Monitor and follow up on patient progress and device performance
- Collaborate with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology (BASLP / MASLP or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of hearing assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to handle hearing aid programming and troubleshooting
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced audiological equipment
- Certification from recognized audiology boards (if applicable)
- Sales experience in hearing aids (optional but advantageous)
