Company Description Hearing Hope is a hearing care provider serving patients across central, south, and west Delhi, as well as the wider Delhi NCR region. The clinic offers a full range of hearing instruments, from cost-effective starter aids to advanced multi-channel digital devices, including digital, programmable, and conventional hearing aids. Patients can access both in-clinic and in-home services, designed to make professional hearing care as convenient as possible. Hearing Hope also supports individuals already using hearing aids by providing free inspection and cleaning, arranging repairs when needed, and offering reasonably priced batteries. The team is committed to answering questions for patients and their families, helping them understand and manage hearing loss with compassion and expertise.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role based in Delhi, India. The Audiologist will perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and other diagnostic tests to assess hearing and related disorders. Daily responsibilities include counseling patients and families about hearing loss, discussing test results in clear, accessible language, and recommending appropriate treatment options, including digital, programmable, and conventional hearing aids. The role involves selecting, fitting, and programming hearing instruments, conducting real-ear measurements as appropriate, and providing follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing rehabilitation support. The Audiologist will also participate in in-home visits within Delhi NCR as needed, maintain accurate clinical documentation, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to patient education and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Professional audiology expertise, including administering and interpreting audiological assessments, fitting and programming hearing aids, and managing hearing rehabilitation plans.
- Patient-centered communication skills, with the ability to counsel individuals and families, explain clinical findings clearly, and support shared decision-making.
- Strong clinical organization and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, follow-up tracking, and adherence to clinic protocols and ethical standards.
- Ability to provide in-home services when required, manage time effectively across clinic and field visits, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Audiology or Speech and Hearing from an accredited institution, with appropriate local licensure or registration as required in India.
- Familiarity with digital, programmable, and conventional hearing aids, including multiple brands and models, and comfort with related fitting and verification software.

- Prior experience in a hearing clinic or audiology setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training
