Role Description This full-time, on-site Audiologist role is based in Noida and focuses on providing high-quality diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care. The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, interpret audiometric test results, and recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. Daily responsibilities include fitting and programming hearing aids, counseling patients and families on hearing health and device use, and offering follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the integration of earKART’s technology-enabled services into patient care.
Qualifications
- Formal audiology training (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Speech & Hearing) and valid professional licensure or registration as required.
- Strong clinical skills in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting and programming, and patient counseling in diverse age groups.
- Comfort with technology, including digital audiometry systems, hearing aid software, and electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Attention to detail, ethical clinical practice, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a hearing clinic or audiology setup is preferred; familiarity with remote audiology or telehealth is a plus.
