Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role located in Bansi. The Audiologist will conduct diagnostic hearing assessments, provide hearing aid consultations and fittings, and develop individualized rehabilitation programs for patients. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, providing education to patients and families about hearing health, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. The Audiologist will also participate in creating awareness about hearing and speech-related conditions.
Qualifications
- Skills in audiological assessment, hearing screening, and diagnostic evaluation
- Experience with hearing aid consultation, fitting, and programming
- Knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques and rehabilitation programs
- Strong communication, patient education skills, and compassionate care
- Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate patient documentation
- A Master’s degree in Audiology or related field is required
- State licensure and certification as an Audiologist (or eligibility for licensure) are mandatory
- Familiarity with the latest audiological equipment and technology is an advantage
- Prior experience in speech therapy is a plus
