Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for an audio-visual specialist. The Audio Visual Specialist will be responsible for providing audio-visual (AV) support for various university events, maintaining and troubleshooting AV systems, setting up and operating video conferencing and recording equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all AV-related needs. This role requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and students to deliver exceptional technical assistance and customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in audio-visual support and maintaining AV systems
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting video conferencing and AV equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
- Committed to excellent customer service and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Flexibility to work in a university setting and support events as needed
