Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Specialist located in Sonipat. The responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining audiovisual equipment such as projection systems, speakers, digital signage, and video conferencing solutions. The specialist will collaborate with clients to identify their needs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless operation of AV systems during meetings, presentations, classrooms, and events. Supporting integration between smart devices and interactive systems and providing excellent customer service are core aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Audio Visual (AV) Systems and Video Conferencing technologies
- Proven ability to perform Troubleshooting and maintenance of AV and related technical systems
- Demonstrated skills in providing excellent Customer Service and effective communication with clients
- Familiarity with setting up and managing Display technologies (e.g., projection, digital signage, high-definition video) for boardrooms, classrooms, and training rooms
- Proficiency in utilizing Communication Tools such as multimedia, remote communication platforms, web conferencing, and telepresence systems
- Understanding of Interactive Features including connectivity, wireless technologies, smart devices, system integration, and control systems
- Ability to work in an on-site role, based in Sonipat, and manage AV operations effectively
- Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in AV support roles within corporate, educational, or event settings is an advantage
