Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Transcription Coordinator. The role involves overseeing transcription processes, ensuring quality assurance, coordinating tasks with team members, conducting training sessions for transcription teams, and providing ongoing support. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to guarantee flawless and timely project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Transcription and strong Typing skills
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to relay concise instructions
- Experience in providing Training and support to transcription teams
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and processes in transcription
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in transcription coordination or project management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
