We are looking for a full-time Install Supervisor in the Georgia, Alpharetta area! 

This position will oversee onsite teams responsible for programming and installing Audio Enhancement products in schools.  They will ensure that the installers test functionality and troubleshoot any problems that may arise. 


Requirements

Duties Include

  • Onsite supervision of installation of Audio Enhancement equipment in schools and other locations 
  • Troubleshooting equipment and resolving issues on site as necessary 
  • Assist Field Engineers and Managers in commissioning and other field work 
  • Ensures team keeps job sites clean. 
  • Complete reports for all projects and communicate with stakeholders 
  • Overnight travel as necessary (typically about 2 weeks per month) 
  • Ability to meeting installation deadlines and KPIs 
  • Onsite training of new and existing installers 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Bilingual preferred - English/Spanish 
  • Installation experience. 
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Has strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of audio-visual installation techniques and equipment.
  • Willing to overnight travel.
  • Supervisor or training experience preferred. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. 
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read complex Maps and Diagrams and keep track of progress.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
