Receptionist – Part‑Time
Location: Wilmington, NC Schedule: Part‑Time, On‑Site
Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests and callers, supporting the dealership by delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front‑desk experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment. The Receptionist will assist multiple departments and uphold the standards of professionalism expected within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities

Greet all customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner

Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments

Maintain the front desk, lobby, and customer lounge to ensure a clean and organized environment

Assist with appointment check‑ins for Sales and Service

Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization

Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operations

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Represent the dealership’s brand and values through consistent professionalism
Qualifications

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
