Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Auction Assistant, located in Tezpur. The Auction Assistant will be responsible for supporting auction operations, including participating in live or online auctions. Key duties include managing auction schedules, handling biddings, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring the smooth execution of auction activities. This position requires a focus on exceptional customer service and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Auctions and Online Auction platforms
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or understanding of Sales practices
- Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in an auction-related role or similar field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in a relevant field is advantageous
