Overview:
AUM Facilities Management is seeking motivated and dependable individuals for temporary labor positions during the summer term to support campus "summer turns" operations. This role is essential in preparing campus facilities and grounds for the upcoming academic year and involves assisting skilled trades staff, grounds crews, and custodial teams in a variety of maintenance and improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance tasks across campus buildings and grounds
Support HVAC technicians with basic maintenance and equipment handling
Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and clean-up
Assist electricians with minor electrical tasks under supervision
Provide support to grounds crews, including mowing, trimming, landscaping, debris removal, and outdoor upkeep
Assist custodial staff with cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing residential and academic spaces for occupancy
Move furniture, equipment, and materials as needed for facility turnover
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Complete other duties as assigned by Facilities Management supervisors
Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
Available to work full-time or part-time hours during the summer semester
Work may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
Pay Range:
USD $12.00 - USD $12.00 /Hr.
