We’re seeking a motivated Millwork Production Associate to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and customize interior doors for each production order
- Sand, cut, and finish interior doors to meet quality standards
- Maintain organized stock inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Help fulfill overnight material orders to ensure next-day delivery readiness
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Experience with hand/power tools, woodworking, or production a plus (we’ll train!)
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Forklift certification a plus (we’ll provide training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely throughout the day
