  • Workday Coding: Learn and apply Workday functionality to support HR processes.
  • Job Description Audit & Clean-Up: Review and refine job descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Formatting & Standardization: Create a polished, professional format for all job descriptions.
  • Data Organization: Consolidate job descriptions into Excel for streamlined management.
  • System Upload: Upload finalized job descriptions into Workday, ensuring seamless integration.
