Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In
this role, you will facilitate insight generation, decision-making, and data process
analysis to enhance business operations.
Responsibilities of the Role:
● Data and System Integration: Oversee systems and data administration and
optimize tech stack to drive revenue by improving data quality, analysis, and
reporting.
● Performance Analysis: Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to provide
data-driven insights to revenue leaders.
● Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to drive sales, tactics to streamline
the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements.
● Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Manage dashboards and build revenue
forecasts so teams can understand pipeline health and meet goals.
Requirements for the Role:
● Oversee data and system integration, ensuring accurate and efficient data
management.
● Optimize the tech stack to drive data quality, analysis, and reporting.
● Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business
leaders.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and
decision-making.
● Develop and maintain dashboards for data-driven revenue forecasting and
performance tracking.
● Ensure synchronization of data across platforms like Outplay, Outreach, and
HubSpot.
● Assist in data-driven decision-making for go-to-market strategies and process
optimization.
