About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Implementation Manager. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, Project Implementations, Customer Onboardings in a related field (B2B SaaS, Software etc.). Responsibilities of the Role: As an Implementation Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include: Serving as the single point of contact for the account, handling both technical and non-technical aspects during customer onboarding and implementation. Acting as a liaison between our internal Product Ops team driving data migration and the customer account. Understanding the customer's business goals and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on our platform to help achieve those goals. Program managing the implementation process for customers and coordinating with their internal teams. Being physically present on-site before and after go-live to ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team. Demonstrating proficiency in our platform to guide discussions with enterprise customers on feasibility. Conducting regular onboarding progress update calls with customer POCs and leadership teams. Managing customer expectations regarding feature implementation and integration timelines. Developing and delivering a customized training program for the enterprise account. Leading training sessions and office hours as necessary across the enterprise account. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their team and product objectives. Identifying organizational needs for new software or technologies to enhance efficiency and performance. Managing project expectations through meetings, status reports, and fostering strong relationships. Guiding the change cycle within the implementation process. Proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Demonstrating strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Having a keen ability to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation. Being a self-starter with commercial acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to development teams. Requirements for the Role: 5+ years of experience in Project/Program and Account Management in a related field (B2B SaaS, Software etc.). Must have worked on onboarding customers for Implementation Projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in building strong internal and external relationships. Track record of customer facing roles in a fast-paced dynamic environment is preferred. An ideal candidate should be empathic, display tact and poise under pressure. Passion for helping customers succeed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fluid environment. Open to start-up and evening shift (US business hours). Open to travel to customer locations (US and Canada). Active US Visa is a big plus.
