</div><div>Overview:<br>We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a CNA or PCA. As a CNA/PCA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. </div><div>Duties:<br>- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming<br>- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse<br>- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers<br>- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff<br>- Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients on tube feeding or special diets<br>- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients<br>- Follow proper infection control protocols and practice aseptic techniques<br>- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care<br>- Provide emotional support to patients and their families<br><br>
</div><div>Requirements:<br>- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA only)<br>- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred<br>- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures<br>- Familiarity with airway management and critical care techniques<br>- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals<br>- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment<br>- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others<br>- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays<br><br>
