RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage employee changes in the ATS People system.
• Set up and maintain employee digital files.
• Set up and maintain the Contractor Manager System.
• Assist with candidates’ background checks and reference checks.
• Respond to requests for reference checks and employment verifications.
• Actively participate in ABM Problem Solving or Kaizen events.
• Assist Training Coordinator with Employee Training Record retention.
• Manage employee engagement activities.
• Ensure that all business activities are performed with highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
• Run ad-hoc system reports as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• A post-secondary degree specializing in Human Resource or equivalent experience with certification is preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of two years in coordinating and providing related human resources administration services.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products and Internet research skills are required.
• High level of attention to detail and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work priorities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• The employee may be required to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
• Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
• Visual Acuity – Normal requirements for reading written instructions and computer screens
• Hearing Ability – Normal requirements for understanding verbal instructions.
• Working Conditions – The employee is subject to a normal office environment with occasional exposure to high noise levels and/or physical hazards when visiting manufacturing floor.

• Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
• Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
• Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
• Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
• Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct.
